Outreach to Families Team Launch

Though we are in the major donor quiet phase of our fundraising, TCF has launched an outreach effort for families with children in our local schools. The goals are to raise awareness and future support for the project.

Our team, Jon and Kristi Ellenzweig and Cindy and Chris Winship are organizing small group Zooms, to present our plans and to hear their thoughts and ideas.

“Families across the community recognize the importance of creating a space where programming and learning can flourish,” said Kristi Ellenzweig.  “Centrally located between five schools, connected by a network of bike paths, parents view the project as providing a critical infrastructure to support their children in education, growth and development. “

“Feedback on the renderings and concepts proposed to date has been overwhelmingly positive and we are seeing excitement build among families who are coming together to help further expand the network of support for the Commons.”
