On September 11, 2020 the City Council met in a closed session and reviewed the Developer RFQs for financing a mixed use development at Rose Lane that would include a library. RFQs were received from Properties/Land Sea Homes, Belmont Village/HKIT Architects, BUILD, and ROEM Development Corporation. (See agenda).
After the meeting the City Manager was directed to engage with The Commons Foundation in regards to fundraising and building a $5M, 5,000 SF first phase library building.
We anticipate having TCF Capital Campaign news for the community later this month.
