City Posts Request for Statements of Qualifications for Development of Community Facility Parcel

The City is committed to exploring all of its options on how to finance building the new library and public square at the Commons. This SOQ request invites developer proposals. These proposals will be weighed against public financing (debt) and possibly partnering with other government entities to build the library and public square by the City Council later this year.
