On September 19, 2019 the City Council approved a Staff Recommendation to releaset a Request For Proposals (RFP) for a Schematic Design of a New Library. This week the City followed through and posted the RFP publicly.
This is a step toward planning and funding the new $12.5M Commons and a modern Library project for the Rose Lane site.
